Victoria Way, Charlton
Victoria Way was bombed during the Second World War. Between 7 october 1940 and 6 june 1941 a high explosive bomb fell close to the crossroads with Rathmore Road, close to 14 Victoria Way. Maybe this bomb destroyed the houses on number 2, 4, 6 and 8, because the "old" houses seem to start at number 10 today.
